The Donor Portal provides a self-service dashboard where supporters can manage their fundraisers and recurring plans, view donation history, and update profile information. Supporters can access the Donor Portal using a secure magic link emailed to them, eliminating the need for login credentials.

The Donor Portal automatically enables for all supporters and cannot be disabled. It contains the following objects, whose properties can be modified by supporters:

Changes made in the Donor Portal are reflected in the Dashboard.

The Donor Portal throughout the platform

Various Donor Portal features are configured from different sections within the Dashboard. Customizations for Fundraisers, for example, can be set in the Fundraisers-related sections of the campaign’s settings.

ℹ️ Users with Organization Administrator, Campaign Administrator, and Support Specialist roles can access the Donor Portal via the Open Donor Portal button on the Supporter page.
