Manage account-level settings for campaigns through the Campaigns tab in your Dashboard.

Archived Campaign Behavior

You have options to manage campaigns that are not in use year-round. In the Dashboard, within the Campaigns view at the top, individual campaigns can be disabled. The default setting prevents any links to their Checkout modal from working if disabled. Adjust the Archived campaign behavior settings to choose between these actions:

• Do not launch the disabled campaign’s checkout: The modal/Page will not launch upon direct or Element-linked URL access. This is the standard setting.
• Launch the checkout for a different campaign: The URL triggers the selected active campaign’s modal/Page, replacing the disabled one.
• Redirect the donor to a specific URL: The URL specified in the text field redirects visitors accessing the disabled campaign’s modal/Page URL.
