Available Notifications

Choose which of the following notifications you want:

Donation Notifications

  • Successful Donation: Receive an email for every successful donation to your organization.
  • Refunded Donation: Notification for each donation refunded back to a supporter.
  • Failed Donation: Alert when a donation process fails; supporters also receive this notification.
  • Early Fraud Warning: An email notification from Stripe if a potentially fraudulent donation is spotted.
  • Disputed Donation: Understand actions required by your organization when a donation is disputed.

Recurring Plan Notifications

  • Canceled Plan: Alert when a recurring plan is canceled by a donor or a Dashboard user.
  • Failed Plan: Notification indicating a recurring plan has been marked ‘failed.‘
  • Changed Amount of Plan: Get notified when a supporter adjusts their donation amount.
  • Changed Date/Frequency of Plan: Alert for changes in installment dates or frequencies.
  • Changed Payment Method of Plan: Receive an email when the supporter updates their payment method.
  • Changed Plan Limits: Notification for changes in the recurring plan limits (end date, total donations, cut-offs).

Summary Reports

  • Daily Report: Summary email every morning about the previous day’s donations.
  • Weekly Report: Weekly summary at the beginning of each week.
  • Monthly Report: Monthly summary at the beginning of each month.
  • Integration Synchronization Report: Weekly summary of service syncs, with insights on failed syncs.

Fundraiser Notifications

  • New Fundraiser: Email alert whenever a new Fundraiser is created.
  • Updated Fundraiser: Notification when any Fundraiser information is updated.
  • Fundraiser Goal Reached: Get notified when the set goal for a Fundraiser is achieved.

Edit Notification Preferences: Each user can individually customize notifications in their user account.
