Manage users and define role-based permissions in your account.

Adding Users

To add a user to your account, navigate to the Team page in your Dashboard settings and select Invite user. Enter the user’s information and assign a user role. Invited users will receive an email with login instructions.

User Roles

Assign roles to control user access to platform features. We suggest granting the minimum necessary permissions for users to perform their tasks. offers six predefined user roles.

Organization Administrator

Ideal for account owners needing extensive permissions:

• ✅ Access and modify all platform areas.
• ✅ Manage account-level dashboard settings.
• ✅ Connect and disconnect payment processors and integrations.
• ✅ Add or remove other users.
• ⛔ Cannot close the account.

Campaign Administrator

For those managing campaigns, donations, and supporters but not account-level settings:

• ✅ Access and modify Insights, donations, campaigns, Elements, etc.
• ✅ Limited access to account-level settings.
• ⛔ Cannot manage payment processors or integrations.
• ⛔ Cannot add or remove users or close accounts.

Configuration Manager

Suited for creating and managing Campaigns and Elements without accessing sensitive info:

• ✅ Access to campaigns and Elements settings.
• ✅ Manage certain Dashboard settings: Campaigns, Designations, etc.
• ⛔ No access to payment processor settings, user management, or account closure.

Support Specialist

Handles donation and supporter records:

• ✅ Manage donations, Fundraisers, recurring plans, and supporters.
• ✅ Process donations via Virtual Terminal.
• ⛔ No account-level dashboard settings or integration management.

Virtual Terminal Specialist

Access limited to processing donations via Virtual Terminal:

• ✅ Process donations.
• ⛔ No access to other areas or settings.

View Only

Access-only role without modification rights:

• ✅ View-only access across all platform areas.
• ⛔ No editing permissions or account-level settings access.
• A view-only user can download Exports files.
