This section allows you to manage localization for a specific campaign. Only localization options for locales enabled in your organization’s main Dashboard settings will be displayed. Learn more.

Enabling and Disabling Languages

To configure which languages a campaign is available in, click the Languages button with the gear wheel symbol. The default language chosen at campaign creation is selected by default, and other enabled languages can be checked or unchecked.

Supported languages for this campaign are determined by your selections, impacting interface texts and customizable content availability.

  • Show UI in all account languages: This option displays interface texts in all languages enabled in your account settings.
  • Show UI only in campaign languages: Supporters see interface texts only in the languages enabled via the above checkboxes.

Customizing Default Localized Texts

You have the option to localize and customize texts for your Checkout modal’s Ask page, including legal texts.

Default content is provided for each enabled language. To edit, click the text you wish to change and tailor it to suit your campaign’s needs and audience.

To switch between enabled languages, click the downwards chevron next to the language name to view and edit content for each language separately.

Note: For customizable texts, languages are not separated into different locales (e.g., only one French and one English). Other texts in the Checkout modal are fully localized for each locale.
