Search and Filters
The Fundraisers view offers search and filtering tools. These allow you to locate Fundraisers by name and apply five standard filters:
- Supporter: Filter by the supporter.
- Campaign: Filter by the campaign linked to the Fundraiser.
- Element: Filter by the Element used to create the Fundraiser.
- Source: Filter based on whether the Fundraiser was initiated via the Website or Dashboard.
- Status: Filter by the current status of a Fundraiser: Active or Paused.
If your account has subaccounts enabled, an additional Account filter is available for displaying Fundraisers from specific accounts.
Table View
In the table view, you can see a list of all Fundraisers with their corresponding details and statistics. Here are the properties shown in the table:
- Campaign: The linked campaign.
- Fundraiser: The name given by the supporter.
- Goal: The fundraising target set by the supporter.
- Raised: The total amount raised so far.
- Created: The date the Fundraiser was initiated.
- Goal date: The end date set for reaching the goal.
- Statistics: Conversion data such as unique views and total donations.
With subaccounts enabled, an Account column reflects the account responsible for creating the Fundraiser.
Creating a Fundraiser
Supporters generally create Fundraisers via the Fundraisers Button or Link from the Elements library, embedded on your website. You can also create Fundraisers through the Dashboard, useful when assisting supporters or creating Fundraisers for board members, sponsors, etc. To create one, access the Fundraisers view in the Dashboard and select New Fundraiser.
⚠️ Fundraisers cannot be created for campaigns with crypto as a payment method currently.
Campaign Configuration
Certain Fundraiser settings are adjusted at the campaign level. Ensure you review these before deploying Fundraisers.
Elements
The Elements library offers components tailored for Fundraisers. These can be added to your website to promote Fundraiser creation:
- Fundraisers Button: Launches the Fundraisers onboarding screen.
- Fundraisers Link: Also used for the onboarding screen.
- Top Fundraisers: Highlights top supporter-driven fundraisers.
