Overview

Double the Donation 360MatchPro is a platform that simplifies increasing supporter impact by matching their donations to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits.

How it Works

integrates 360MatchPro directly into the checkout process, making it easier to present matching opportunities without a separate form. This increases the likelihood of securing a match submission.

When company matching is enabled in Checkout and 360MatchPro is connected, supporters can search for their employer, triggering one of three outcomes:

  • Match Eligible: Returns a result showing potential match amount with further instructions.
  • Match Eligible (Below Threshold): If below the company’s minimum match, supporters are prompted to increase their donation.
  • Match Ineligible: If no matching program exists, supporters proceed without additional steps.

If the Donate as organization option is selected during Checkout, the matching screen is skipped since organizations can’t request matches from other organizations.

Dashboard

The Dashboard displays donation records with match status provided by Double the Donation. Identifiable by a briefcase icon, these records can be filtered using the Company Matching filter.

Exports and Integrations

Sync or export donation matching data using the Employer property at the Supporter level, available via the JavaScript API.

Double the Donation

Match data is synced in real-time with 360MatchPro. Any necessary configurations, notifications, and statuses are handled within Double the Donation platform.

Emails for match-eligible donations are typically sent by Double the Donation. It’s advised to customize these within the Double the Donation dashboard.

Connecting a 360MatchPro Account

Current 360MatchPro users can connect accounts via the 360MatchPro integration page in Dashboard.

Prerequisites

  • Administrative access to your organization’s 360MatchPro account
  • account access with Organizational Administrator role

Connection Steps

  1. Sign into givetly.
  2. Go to Settings from the Dashboard’s top-right menu.
  3. Select Integrations from the side menu.
  4. Choose Add integration.
  5. Select 360MatchPRO by Double the Donation.
  6. Click Connect and enter your public and private 360MatchPro keys.

Getting an Account

If you don’t have a Double the Donation account, create one via the Dashboard:

  1. Log in to givetly.
  2. Navigate to Settings and Integrations.
  3. Choose Add integration, then 360MatchPRO by Double the Donation.
  4. Select Create new account and enter your details.

Your account is then activated and connected to givetly.

Pricing

customers are enrolled in Double the Donation’s 360MatchProLite with special pricing. The first 2,000inmatcheddonationsarefree;feesapplyafterreaching2,000 in matched donations are free; fees apply after reaching 2,000 or 1,000 donations annually. Review the pricing document for more details.

International Support

360MatchPro is optimized for U.S.-based giving with international support options.

Configuration

Control integration settings via the 360MatchPro page in the Dashboard:

  • Syncing Test Data: Enable to understand record syncing.
  • Sync Subaccounts: Sync data from subaccounts to connected apps.

Determine which donations to sync based on the matching feature’s status or supporter input.
