Understanding Export Files in the Dashboard

The Files section under Exports showcases the CSV files produced by templates within a table format. Each file in the table presents five key attributes:

  • Filename: Name assigned through the template’s settings
  • Template: Name of the template used for creation
  • Date period: The range of dates from which the records were obtained
  • Rows: Total number of rows of data within the file
  • Created: Timestamp indicating when the file was generated

You can download the CSV files locally from each row and also have the option to remove them from your account.
