What are Templates?

Templates within the Exports section allow you to create and manage templates for generating data files. Each template is displayed in a table with key attributes such as ID, Name, Type, Frequency, and Creation date. You can download a data file using a date picker to define the export time period.

Creating a Template

To create a template, click “New template” in the Templates view. The noted configuration options include:

  • Template Name: The internal name, e.g., “New monthly recurring plans.”
  • File Name: Customize file names with dynamic text inputs like “Start Date” and “End Date.”
  • Decimal Separator: Choose a comma (,) or dot (.) for regional formatting.
  • Field Separator: Choose a comma (,) or semicolon (;) according to your CRM’s requirements.
  • Export Type: Type of records included in the template.
  • Include Test Donations: Optionally include records from test mode.
